what's your plan about holidays? |
As the summers are on their way so are the holidays. If
you don’t want to waste your days off,
then there are plenty of things you can do to entertain yourself. Here is a
list of stuff you can do:
Relax:
If you had a harsh
and hectic semester, the very first thing
you can do is to relax. There are multiple ways through which you can relax. Following
are the tips to relax:
1. Drink
a cup of green tea.
2. Breathe
slowly (this technique works)
3. Do
yoga.
4. Stretch.
5. Pamper
yourself
In the end,
do something that relaxes you.
Discover
yourself:
Go out on a “discover yourself adventure”. Start a hobby,
go out on hiking, watch a sunrise, reflect, start listening and stop speaking. Learning about yourself will help you understand
your inner self and your strength and weaknesses.
Spend
time with your loved ones:
As you were very busy through the whole semester, you were unable to spend quality time
with your friends and family. You ca do so by:
1. Go out with your buddies.
2. Play
a sport with your siblings and friends.
3. Have
a friendly talk with your parents, appreciate their efforts.
4. Help
your mother with house chores.
Learn
something new:
Start doing something that interests you, or learns something new. You can learn a new language,
driving, swimming, computer programming or take an online learning
course.
Volunteer
yourself for community work:
Believe it will not even cost you 0.00$ to bring a smile on someone’s face. On the other hand, it will most definitely fill your heart
with happiness and peace. You can
volunteer at
an orphanage, hospital, schools, charity organizations,
etc.
Create
art:
Bring your artistic soul back to life. Bring out all
your old painting and craft kits and
do something fun. You can also do
photography, DIY, keeping a journal, you
can even decorate your room.
In the end, I
must say don’t forget to do what you enjoy .it will make you happy and you can
also charge your batteries for next semester.
Did I miss something? Let me know in the comments
section below. If these tips were useful then don't forget to share them with your friends. Until then take care and don't forget to smile :)
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
